  • Grooming times vary based on size, coat, and behavior:

    • Small dog haircuts: 2 – 2.5 hours

    • Large dog haircuts: 2 – 4 hours

    • Small bath & brush: 1 – 2 hours

    • Large bath & brush: 2 – 3 hours

    • If receiving our deshed service add 30 minutes to the time

  • We don’t rush dogs through an assembly line. Every pup is groomed at their pace, with breaks when needed especially for seniors, puppies, and anxious dogs. Our setup feels more like a suite than a cage. Dogs have space to relax, and siblings can stay together. Some even get safe yard time to decompress.

  • Yes! We welcome all breeds and sizes. Groom times may vary for extra-large breeds

  • Yes! Our de-shed package significantly reduces shedding. Some shedding may continue for a few days after, so brushing at home is still important to remove remaining undercoat.

  • We use Fresh ‘n Clean shampoo for everyday grooming, with options including moisturizing, hypoallergenic, and oatmeal formulas

  • No, you do not. You can come just for grooming services.
